ドドンと英単語 プライバシーポリシー
「ドドンと英単語（DODON ENGLISH）」（以下「本アプリ」）は、株式会社アイディアミックス（以下「運営会社」）が提供する、絵を見て英単語を声に出して遊ぶゲームです。運営会社は、本アプリでの利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 基本の考え方
本アプリは、名前・ニックネーム・メールアドレス・位置情報など、人を特定できる情報を集めません。アカウントの登録はいりません。広告は出さず、利用状況を調べる分析ツール（アナリティクス）も入れていません。ゲームは通信なしで遊べます。本アプリが運営会社に情報を送るのは、利用者が「プレイの記録を送る」を押して送ったときだけです（3章）。
2. 端末の中にだけ保存される情報
本アプリは、遊ぶために必要な次の情報を、利用者の端末の中にだけ保存します。
- ゲットした単語・進み具合・設定（難易度・音・画面の言語など）
- まだ送っていないプレイの記録（最大5回分・30日まで。送るか「送らずに消す」を選ぶと消えます）
- アプリ内購入の購入済みの状態
これらはアプリを削除すると消えます。OS のバックアップ機能を使っている場合は、端末のほかのデータと一緒にバックアップに含まれることがあります。
3. 「プレイの記録を送る」で送られる情報
利用者が「プレイの記録を送る」（または「前回の記録を送る」）を押して送ったときだけ、次の情報が運営会社に送られます。押さなければ何も送られません。送らなくてもゲームはそのまま遊べます。
- 遊んだ記録：言った単語の聞き取り結果（文字）とその時間、ゲットした単語、得点・ステージなどの結果、設定、動作の記録（画面の移り変わり・エラー）
- 端末の種類：OS とその版、機種の名前、画面の大きさ、メモリなどの性能の目安、アプリの版
- 記録番号：アプリが無作為に付ける短い番号（例：No. 7K3P）。送る前のページに表示します。削除の依頼のときに記録を見つけるためだけに使い、名前や端末とは結びつきません
声は送りません。 音声の聞き取りは端末の中で行い、声は録音せず、端末の外にも出ません。
- 使う目的：聞き取りにくかった単語を調べて聞き取りを良くするため、不具合を直すため。これ以外には使いません
- 保存先と期間：受け取った記録は Cloudflare, Inc. のデータ保管サービスに置き、90日で自動で消えます。運営会社が調べるために手元に取り込んだ記録は、運営会社の管理する環境で1年保管したあと消します（年に1回まとめて消します）。単語ごとの回数など、記録を集計した統計（個人を特定できないもの）は、保存期間のあとも残します
- 第三者への提供：法令にもとづく場合を除き、第三者に提供・販売しません。送るときは暗号化（HTTPS）します。記録の保管は Cloudflare, Inc. に任せています（委託）。Cloudflare は運営会社の指示の範囲でだけ記録を扱い、このポリシーと同じ水準で守る約束（データ処理の契約）のもとで保管します。Cloudflare は米国の会社で、記録は日本の外のサーバーに置かれることがあります。また、運営会社が調べるために取り込んだ記録の写しは GitHub, Inc. のプライベートな保管場所（関係者だけが見られる）に置き、記録を数えて調べるために AI のサービス（Anthropic, PBC・OpenAI など）を使うことがあります。これらの会社も運営会社の委託先として、それぞれの会社の規約とプライバシーの決まりのもとで扱います
- 安全な取り扱い：受け取った記録を見られるのは、運営会社で本アプリの開発を担当する者だけです。保管先は、二段階の認証で守ったアカウントで管理しています
- 送るのをやめる・取り消す：記録を送るかどうかは毎回選べます。「送る」を押さなければ何も送られません（同意しないのと同じです）。一度送った記録への同意を取り消したいときは、8章の方法で削除を求めてください
4. アプリ内購入について
本アプリの購入の手続きは、App Store または Google Play（各ストア）が行います。クレジットカード番号などの支払いの情報は各ストアが管理し、運営会社が受け取ることはありません。「購入の復元」は各ストアの購入の記録を使います。
5. 端末の機能・許可について
本アプリは、声で遊ぶためにマイクを使う許可をお願いします。マイクの音はゲーム中の聞き取りにだけ使い、録音して残すことはありません。お手本の発音は、端末の読み上げ機能でその場で鳴らしています。
6. お子さまの利用について
本アプリは年齢を問わず遊べます。お子さまからも、名前など人を特定できる情報は集めません。記録を送るかどうかは、保護者の方と一緒に決めていただくことをおすすめします。
7. 外部サイトへのリンク
本アプリの中の一部のリンク（このポリシー・ストアのページなど）は、端末のブラウザで外部のサイトを開きます。リンク先での情報の取り扱いは、各サイトのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
8. 送った記録の削除
「ドドンと英単語（DODON ENGLISH）」の「プレイの記録を送る」で送った記録は、株式会社アイディアミックスにお申し出いただければ消します。
- 頼み方：送る前のページに出た記録番号（例：No. 7K3P）を添えて、support@dodonenglish.com にメールでご連絡ください（件名は「記録の削除」など）。アプリの「設定」→「お問い合わせ」からもメールを送れます
- 消す物：その番号の記録を、Cloudflare のデータ保管サービスに残っている分と、運営会社が調べるために手元に取り込んだ写しの両方から消します
- いつまでに：ご連絡を受けてから 30 日以内に消し、消したことをメールでお知らせします
- 記録番号が分からない記録や、すでに集計した統計（個人を特定できないもの）は、どの記録か見分けられないため、消せないことがあります
- まだ送っていない記録は、端末の中にだけあります。「送らずに消す」を押すか、アプリを削除すると消えます（2章）
9. 欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国の利用者の方へ
送られた記録を扱う法的な根拠は、利用者の同意（「送る」を押すこと）です。同意は、記録を送らないことでいつでも取りやめられ、送った記録は8章の方法で削除を求められます。保存期間は3章のとおりです。お問い合わせや権利の行使は11章の連絡先へどうぞ。お住まいの国の監督機関に苦情を申し立てることもできます。
10. このポリシーの変更
機能の追加などでこのポリシーを変えるときは、このページで変えた内容をお知らせします。送る情報を増やすなどの大きな変更のときは、アプリの中でもお知らせします。
11. お問い合わせ
このポリシーと本アプリについてのお問い合わせは、次の連絡先までお願いします。アプリの「設定」→「お問い合わせ」からもメールを送れます。お問い合わせでいただいたメールアドレスと内容は、お返事と不具合を直すためにだけ使い、第三者に渡しません。やり取りに要る間だけ保管します。

DODON ENGLISH Privacy Policy
"DODON ENGLISH" (the "App") is a game provided by IDEAMIX, INC. ("we" or "us") in which you look at pictures and say English words out loud. This policy explains how we handle information in the App.
1. Our Approach
The App does not collect information that can identify you, such as your name, a nickname, your email address, or your location. No account is needed. The App shows no ads and contains no analytics tools. You can play without an internet connection. The App sends information to us only when you tap "Send play record" and send it (Section 3).
2. Information Stored Only on Your Device
The App stores the following on your device only:
- Words you have collected, your progress, and your settings (difficulty, sound, display language, etc.)
- Play records you have not sent yet (up to 5 sessions, for up to 30 days; deleted when you send them or choose "Delete without sending")
- Your in-app purchase status
This information is deleted when you delete the App. If you use your device's backup feature, it may be included in your backup along with your other data.
3. Information Sent When You Tap "Send Play Record"
Only when you tap "Send play record" (or "Send last record") and send it, the following is sent to us. Nothing is sent unless you do, and you can keep playing the game just the same without sending anything.
- Play record: what the App heard for each word you said (as text) and the time, words collected, results such as score and stage, settings, and app activity (screen changes and errors)
- Device type: OS and version, device model, screen size, performance hints such as memory, and app version
- Record number: a short random number the App assigns (e.g. No. 7K3P), shown on the page before you send. It is used only to find your record if you ask us to delete it, and it is not linked to your name or device.
We do not receive your voice. Speech recognition runs on your device; your voice is never recorded and never leaves your device.
- Purpose: to look into words that were hard to recognize and improve recognition, and to fix bugs. We use it for nothing else.
- Storage and retention: Records we receive are stored with Cloudflare, Inc.'s data storage service and deleted automatically after 90 days. Records we copy for review are kept in an environment we manage for 1 year and then deleted (we delete them together once a year). Statistics compiled from records, such as counts per word, which cannot identify any individual, are kept after the retention period.
- Sharing: We do not share or sell records to third parties, except as required by law. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We use Cloudflare, Inc. to store records on our behalf. Cloudflare handles records only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement that protects them to the same standard as this policy. Cloudflare is a US company, and records may be stored on servers outside your country. The copies we download for review are kept in a private repository at GitHub, Inc. that only our team can access, and we may use AI services (such as Anthropic, PBC and OpenAI) to count and analyze records. These companies also act on our behalf under their own terms of service and privacy commitments.
- Security: Only the IDEAMIX staff who develop the App can access the records we receive. The storage is managed through accounts protected with two-step verification.
- Stopping or withdrawing consent: You choose each time whether to send a record. Nothing is sent unless you tap "Send" (not tapping it is the same as not consenting). To withdraw consent for a record you already sent, ask us to delete it as described in Section 8.
4. In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled by the store, and we never receive them. "Restore Purchases" uses the store's purchase records.
5. Device Features and Permissions
The App asks for microphone access so you can play with your voice. Microphone audio is used only for recognizing words during the game and is never recorded or stored. Model pronunciations are played on the spot using your device's built-in text-to-speech.
6. Children
The App can be enjoyed by people of all ages. We do not collect information that can identify anyone, including children, such as their name. We recommend that children decide together with a parent whether to send play records.
7. Links to Other Sites
Some links in the App (such as this policy and store pages) open in your device's browser. Information on those sites is handled under each site's own privacy policy.
8. Deleting Records You Sent
IDEAMIX, INC. will delete any record you sent with "Send play record" in "DODON ENGLISH" if you ask us.
- How to ask: Email support@dodonenglish.com with the record number shown on the page before you sent it (e.g. No. 7K3P), with a subject such as "Delete my record". You can also email us from Settings → Contact us in the App.
- What we delete: The record with that number, both the copy still held in Cloudflare's data storage service and the copy we downloaded for review.
- When: Within 30 days of receiving your request. We will email you when it is done.
- Records whose number is unknown, and statistics already compiled (which cannot identify any individual), may not be deletable because we cannot tell which record is yours.
- Records you have not sent stay only on your device. They are deleted when you tap "Delete without sending" or delete the App (Section 2).
9. For Users in the EEA and the UK
The legal basis for handling records you send is your consent (tapping "Send"). You can withdraw consent at any time by not sending records, and you can request deletion of sent records as described in Section 8. Retention periods are described in Section 3. For questions or to exercise your rights, contact us at the address in Section 11. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, for example when adding features, we will post the changes on this page. For significant changes, such as sending more types of information, we will also notify you in the App.

You can also email us from Settings → Contact us in the App. We use your email address and message only to reply to you and to fix problems, and we do not share them with third parties. We keep them only as long as needed for our conversation with you.
